In some applications, pressing the F7 key will pop up the "Turn on Caret Browsing?" window. You can check the box "Do not ask me again when I press F7", but after restarting the application it reappears.
Can you please tell me how to disable the appearance of this window when pressing F7?

Enable browsing with Regedit or Gpedit .
