How to get ALL DOM elements in an Opera extension?

Through the browser extension, you need to get some elements on the page. It would seem that everything is simple. But for unknown reasons, not all elements can be obtained. I'm not sure exactly, but it looks like the unreachable elements are added to the page via AJAX. Whether it is possible to overcome it somehow?
