Windows 10, double click on the left button, how to fix it?

Most likely the question is not there, but can anyone come across?
about 40% of clicks are double clicks, FixMouseLMB.exe can't even handle it.
there were no such problems before.
I rearranged the firewood, rolled back Windows, on all mice (I tried 4, everything is OK on another computer).

Perhaps this is a virus, since with the help of one command you can swap (swap) the mouse buttons.

Since reinstallation does not help (after formatting?) And other mice do not help, then there may be a problem with the motherboard. First, plug the mouse into another port. Maybe even on the front.
Although, a rollback is not a reinstallation ... First, do DISM and sfcscan, then drive it away with an antivirus. First, insert the mouse into another port. The farther away from the source port, the better.

boot into ubuntu liveCD - is there this problem? if so - the mouse is in the trash. I doubt that the motherboard is to blame

And why did you decide that the problem is generally in the software?
In 99% of cases it's the mouse. More precisely, even in the button itself. If the mouse is expensive, then it is better to replace the button in the SC, and if it is cheap, then it is easier to change the mouse.
At home, you can try to wash the button, disassemble the mouse and pour plenty of alcohol on top of the button (so that it would flow inside the button), click it at idle and let it dry for several minutes before use. Often helps, but not always, but in any case not for long.
