Windows 10: Background hiss on idle, how to fix?

If nothing is played, there is a background hiss, but only in headphones (any). Is it possible to get rid of it?
*HP Envy 15 j013sr, Win10.

This is a noisy amplifier in the sound system, it is treated by replacing the amplifier chip and eliminating interference.
The second one is more difficult.

It's a hardware problem. You don't have to expect good sound from a laptop.

Not always with hardware.
Try turning off the built-in microphone.
