Windows 10 and PPPoE connection, how to retry when the connection is broken?

On all versions of Windows, everything was clear and simple, but with the advent of Win 10, I can’t configure PPPoE so that when the connection is broken, I can’t, I didn’t find such an item in the properties of the created connection, exactly the same with VPN.
And is it possible to make PPPoE connected at OS startup?
