Windows 10 and black screen with cursor?
There is a workstation with windows10 and after the next update (probably) instead of the login window I get a black screen and a cursor. The system, as it were, booted up only with the output of the graphics, something broke. The computer pings and you can even connect through radmin (also a black screen). There should be restore points, but they are not there, I tried to remove the last update through dism, but I get an error and I also deleted the graphics drivers, through the same dism. How can I restore the system?

If windows is blown off the roof (of any version and for any reason) it cannot be restored . It can only be reinstalled . She was so poor from birth. And yes, the demolition of the roof of windows after the update is a completely natural and familiar thing.
Boot into Microsoft DaRT for this OS version and build - from there try to access the Event viewer, uninstall updates, etc.
