Window 16 server +MSSQL server - how to solve random freeze issue?

Hello.
I have a problem with random server freezes. (MS Asus ws c246 pro, i5 9600k, m2 ssd, 32gb DDr4). The problem is that randomly once a week, or once every 2 weeks ... The logs are clean .. Tell me how you can catch the problem of freezing. What means to use? Windows 2016 server system.
