Win2012 with VMs or ESXi 5.5?
Hello, happy holidays!
Tell me, push me on the right path.
It is planned to place a separate computer at home (without a monitor and other peripherals) and transfer all virtual machines from the home computer to it + organize storage, vpn server and other delights.
Total in the future:
1 windows server 2012
1 windows server 2003
1 debian
2-3 virtual machines for tests.
What's the best way to organize everything?
1. install win server 2012 and raise virtual machines under it via hyper-v or vmware (I have not yet decided which is better for me, I use (used to) vmware more often).
2. install ESXi 5.5 (I have it) and immediately raise everything you need under it.
Computer config: i7, while 8gb of RAM, 3 hdd to 1tb, video is integrated.
In the future, increase the RAM and add disks.
Thanks to
