Win10 (not a laptop) does not stop working periodically, how to fix it?
Greetings!
Installed Win10 home, new PC build (hardware compatible). At some point, there was a problem in the form of a blue screen during shutdown. Those. click to finish the job, a blue screen with a wheel appears and Shutdown ... The computer is in this state for about 5 minutes, then a blue screen with a sad smile "There was a problem on your PC and you need to restart it." DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE error. It does not pop up every time, but with luck, maybe 1 out of 5, or maybe every other time.
The first time I read a bunch of forums, turned off all sleep modes, etc., reinstalled the vidyuhi firewood, network, audio, sfc / scannow - the problem disappeared, but reappeared after about a month, maybe a little more. I got into the settings again, turned off all the checkboxes on the USB ports, again reinstalled something from the firewood - the problem disappeared, and again for a month! And then the other day it reappeared.
Windows is being updated, Casper is standing, nothing has been installed or updated for the period ... This disease tortured me! I did not update the BIOS, because. I read that it doesn’t seem to help, and besides this problem, nothing bothers me, I don’t really want to climb, you never know ...
The dmp file after the last 2 times for some reason was not created. Maybe because I disabled the swap file?
PS. Could it be from the attached SSD? I'm not sure if this problem first appeared before installing it or after, because. I don’t remember (samsung, I didn’t transfer the system there).
I would be very grateful for good advice!
