Will the entrance to Windows be visible / available if I download a poppy with a clover?
I have Windows on the C drive
. I want to download a Mac with a clover to a separate hard drive, after downloading, will there be a choice of Windows or Mac OS (which system will boot from) or will I need to cheat?

Yes, Windows will be visible in Clover, even if it is on a separate physical disk and Linux too. Clover scans all connected media for operating systems, so if you have a very large USB flash drive, you can put macOS on it and run the system from the flash drive in Clover.
