Will Ubuntu 16.04 LTS support the ATI Radeon HD 7750 graphics card?

The question is somewhat different. Mine does not fall under the list of supported video cards. However, I do not quite understand the interpretation. Ubuntu 16.04 LTS won't support my video driver at all, or will it prevent me from installing a proprietary one?
I ask you to help, for tin. After the last update on 14.04, firewood generally flew off! Only a free video driver is supported, and that is somehow crooked. Proprietary drivers do not get up. In general, Ubuntu survived me from version 14. Had I known, I would not have updated.
