Will this cpu work with my motherboard?
Hello.
I want to put this Intel Xeon E3-1270 V2 percent into my motherboard B75MA-E33 socket 1155, do you think it will fit or will there be pitfalls like BIOS firmware or something else?
Now I have such a QuadCore Intel Core i5-3570, 3566 MHz (37 x 96). Will the performance of the system be better or is it a replacement for an awl with soap?
I don't play games, I need the computer to work faster in general.

With the first part of the question: a flashing may be needed.
On the second: the i5 3570 is like a number crusher, even a little faster than the E3-1270 V2. If you do not run something multi-threaded, it will not be better after the replacement, it may even become a little worse, but it is hardly noticeable.
In order for the computer to work faster in general, it is better to look after some kind of SSD.
Xeon v2 is on the compatible list. You may need to update the BIOS firmware to the latest version.
