I don’t know ... I would take a 500 watt PSU. There are calculators online that calculate how many watts you need per PSU. Yes, they work clumsily and not everyone works at all, but if you try to find it, you can calculate it. In the characteristics of the card, it should be written how much the power supply should be at least watts. + Other details, maybe you want to add another hard drive or ssd

I would advise replacing the cooler with a more powerful one and with pwm, so that it does not constantly buzz to the fullest.
There is a similar one with pwm, 95 watts and only 21 rubles. expensive.
