PSU Thermaltek take 600 watts, and 80+ Bronze at least (this is 5 thousand right now for the price)
Cooling - I use thermaltek or zalman towers. The rest I don't really trust. Yes, I want silence

Only one disk for 120 gigs? Your Windows with programs and garbage will gobble up under 40, there will be little left for toys and movies.
It is better to take a case with a lower location of the PSU.
The cooler can be a little better, for example DEEPCOOL GAMMAXX 300T.
The percentage is not eating, the video is also average, 550 blocks per eye is enough.
