Will there be problems indexing a site with a vuejs interface?

Good day.
There is an idea for a project, and JS templating engines like Vue and Angular will be the best there, that is, the entire interface will be generated on the client based on the results of responses from the backend in JSON.
But will search engines be able to adequately index such a site? Google seems to know how to execute JS when parsing a site, but Yandex? What about microdata and headers?

Vue now knows about server-side rendering, so this should not be a problem.
