Will there be interference / interference if 4 USB cables are twisted together?

There is a kind of car recorder with a screen in a separate box, where 2 USB cables from cameras fit, one more for power and one more for a GPS antenna.

This box, at the moment, lies in the glove compartment along with a ball of 4 wires. It is clear that it is almost impossible to get it for use while driving (lane control, signs, etc.).
There was an idea to buy a regular 28AWG, skin it and make a harness for 4 USB wires.
The only question is, are any pickups possible from such a close neighborhood?

Buy a better active hub and replace 4 wires with 1.
