Will there be a significant performance boost if we take SO-DDR4 2400 instead of SO-DDR4 - 2133?

Hello.
I'm going to buy a laptop
MSI GP72 7QF(Leopard Pro)-1002, 17.3", Intel Core i7 7700HQ, 2.8GHz, 8GB, 1000GB, nVidia GeForce GTX 960M - 2048MB
and I plan to expand the memory to 32GB and change the HDD to SSD.
Should I invest in
Crucial DDR4 2x16Gb 2400MHz BLS2C16G4S240FSD RTL PC4-19200 CL9 SO-DIMM 260-pin 1.2V kit single rank instead
of
CRUCIAL CT16G4SFD8213 DDR4 - 16GB 2133, SO-DIMM, Ret?
i.e. by almost 50%
BUT should we expect a significant increase in performance (> 20%)?
ps Although the laptop is considered a gaming laptop, BUT it will be used to run a MySQL/Postgre DBMS server, a web application server, virtual machines with hadoop/hive, etc. on it.

@drno-reg

I would say that the performance will differ within 3-5%.
Here you can see the results of a similar test . There is no 2400 memory, but the results of 1600/1866/2133 can draw general conclusions.
