Will the Skype client be blocked in the App Store or Google Play?

Will messenger apps that work with Skype (and other messengers) be blocked from the App Store or Google Play?
I saw there is some kind of Skype SDK for Android , but there is nothing similar for iOS. Yes, and I assumed the only authentication mechanism was using the web version of Skype, which runs in a webview (invisible to the user, there are already developments). I suppose for such use (non-business version) Skype can be removed from the App Store and, possibly, from Google Play?
Can Microsoft sue, given that the application is paid? And how popular does it have to be for Microsoft to be interested?

Skype for phishing - one of the basics, nothing will interest them

IMHO, the official mobile Skype is so normal, why do it on a barely working web version of the client?
