Skype account loads percent by 100%. What could it be?

Expanded
Skype header: when you log into your account from any machine, it loads the processor by 100% and hangs.
Any ideas what it could be?
Tested on the following operating systems: Windows XP (SP2 / SP3), Windows 7 (Sp1)
During the test, 3 different machines were used, on one of them Windows was specially changed and the tests were carried out on a new one on a clean Windows.
The result is the same all the time:
I download Skype from the office. site => I install => I enter a friend's account (everything works fine) => I go out => I enter my acc => The " Skype.exe " process loads the processor by 100%, while the Skype window (Does not respond).
Moreover, even when I set the priority to "Low", nothing changes. (screenshot below)

Trick question:
What do you think it could be and how to deal with it?

PS
I decided not to write on the official Skype user support site anymore, because the support site will simply ignore you!

@GNProd

Anyone else have any guesses as to what it could be?
PS
More similar cases with a load have not yet been repeated!

Just some miracles ... Involuntarily, a suspicion arises, and whether Skype is performing any active reconnaissance actions aimed specifically at your account. By the way, can you monitor Skype network activity?
