Will the site violate copyright if the audio file of the artist is simply on the web server, and there are no links anywhere?
The situation is this. There is a virtual server which is used "for itself". It has nginx installed in case you need public access to the file like in Google drive, as an analogue to it. At the same time, there is no index.html, there are no links to files on the server either, and directory listing is turned off, 403 code is everywhere, except for the published information itself. That is, you can find a "hidden" file only if you sort through absolutely all the names.
Question. If someone's copyrighted track is on such a server, will I, as the owner, be involved in violating the ap? Well, if the link to this track will be published somewhere and it will be known. But if, as I wrote above, the track is hidden from sight, but theoretically lies in the public domain, but only for those who know its name, will there be a violation?

Replace the word audio file with a gun, and the server with an apartment that you never close.
Is it legal to keep a gun? no.
Are you required to close the door? no.
If someone comes to you, finds a gun and tells the cops, will there be problems? will.
Is it possible that no one will ever know that you have a gun? there is.
If no one knows about the gun, then there is no problem? no.
But in theory, you can go into the apartment? can you
close the fucking door
