Have there been precedents in the Russian Federation for copyright infringement in social networks?
In Vkontakte, Instagram there are many groups or pages that violate copyright. Are they judged for it at all or just asked to be removed? I also want to create a group and post different content there, naturally not mine. But I'm afraid of copyright complaints

Why do it? You can just post links to someone else's content.
In pure theory there can be judgment. An example is any site with RKN blocking (by court order). In practice, it's just deletion / ban in VK. But in 99% of cases, nothing will happen at all. I complained about fake groups with links to phishing sites - they were not considered a violation.
If you are very paranoid, then create a fake identity and post whatever your heart desires. True, it's bloody.
