I have an Asus F3Ja laptop, I changed the processor to a core 2 duo t7200, can I put a core 2 duo t8300 or at least a t7800 socket 478 on it. Or look at celeron up to 3GHz?

There is a pitfall here. There are socket M and socket P processors that are not compatible with each other.
Core 2 duo t7600 (socket M), this is the maximum that can be put there, but it will not become noticeably faster.
