Will the network work in this case?

The Internet comes from a Linksys router operating in bridge mode. A WIFI router is now connected to it and distributes the Internet. Is it possible to do it differently: connect a cable with the Internet (from Linksys) to the switch, also connect a computer with one ethernet port to the switch, which will work as a router, DHCP server and distribute the Internet to other devices connected to this switch ( We remove the WIFI router from here altogether)? Or is it not possible at all

It is more correct to install a second network card on a computer that will work as a router,
the topology will then be as follows: provider - Linksys router - computer router - switch - Internet consumers.

The topology is not very honest, the provider can block you because of the left IPs, the router in bridge mode is just a switch, why do you need a bunch of switches to the computer? Who built this network for you? The more intermediate nodes, the more likely it is that a node and, consequently, the entire network will fail. In this case, I generally keep silent about network diagnostics and monitoring. Yes, and from my own experience I will say that each connection cuts the speed, whether it is a regular twist or a router.
