Hi Dear! There is an Intel Core i5 2500 on the Asustek P8P67 pro board, at the moment there is a GTX560Ti video card - I'm looking towards replacing the video with
Sapphire AMD Radeon RX 470 NITRO + or
ASUS AMD Radeon R9 390 STRIX - Will the upgrade suit me at all ??

Any PCI-E graphics card will work for you. Any.
Neither the processor (the difference between PCI-E 2.0 and 3.0 can still be neglected), nor your 500W power supply (the +12V limit, which is almost exclusively used by modern hardware) limit the choice.
