The bottom line is that in safe mode or without drivers from NVIDIA (any versions and on any OS [Win 7,8,10]), the video card shows the image, but as soon as I put firewood - that's it!

Check the entire element base of the card, I came across this on a hotter card. I also thought the blade of the chip turned out to be 2 resistors became unusable. I threw it from the donar and the card was resurrected. Look in the chip power zone, in the memory power zone and in the area of PCI-E pins.
