Will the authors of the icons have any complaints about the similarity of the images?

The project needs a lot of different icons: furniture, lamps, appliances, etc.
I looked at stocks, including paid ones - a lot of things have already been done in this regard, but there is nothing that suits me completely,
so I will order a complete set in the same style from the artist.
Perhaps something will be similar to the icons already made, because they will be small black and white images, and you can’t think of anything new there.
How to protect yourself from the claims of the authors?
And do you really need to worry about this?

So the fact of the matter is that the artist is familiar and we will not conclude contracts.
She suggested taking a nice series of icons, reworking it a bit to make the differences appear, and based on this material, finish the rest.
In general, I already figured it out by reading similar questions on the toaster, as well as "Advice from Vladimir Belyaev."
Even if you take already existing icons (and these are quite simple small black and white silhouette images), add one point, then it will be something new. The image object is simplified so that a slight change is significant. Thanks for answers.

"that's why I will order a complete set in the same style from the artist", all claims on the AP will go to him, just make sure, sign an agreement with him
