How to remove pages from sites that do not belong to me from Yandex search?

How to remove pages from the search if they contain content that belongs to me and I have documentary evidence. Does Yandex remove such links from the search without a court decision? And if you are in the process of removing content, what is your procedure?
I found this information...

Only a complaint to Yandex that the content is yours.
You can also write to the site owner. A hoster can connect with the owner. But in most cases, the owner will not make contact.

Well, it shouldn't. Yandex is in Russia, where nothing forces them to do this.
But in a number of more severe countries, in the USA, for example, they are forced. So Google, for example, deletes. And generally without a twinge of conscience. A widely known story was when they removed a bunch of references to free software¹, because their name partially coincided with the works of one porn studio. Well, the robot sent slander, but he doesn’t distinguish porn from a program. :-)
