Is it possible to "intercept" a domain when delegating to Yandex DNS

I didn’t find an answer in Yandex help, so I want to ask someone who asked a question or tried it himself.
Many people know that Yandex has a free DNS for domains. How it happens: you add a domain to yourself in the control panel, install Yandex DNS servers, and after Yandex sees that the servers are assigned to domains, you get access to editing records.
Question: is it possible that an attacker, knowing that I am going to delegate the test.ru domain to Yandex, will add the same domain to the control panel and subsequently, together with the real owner, get access to editing DNS records?

In general, when transferring, you need to confirm that you are the owner of the domain (with a file, etc.) and then he will only accept it, so no.

The question was asked more than 3 years ago, but I will write an answer. Few people will need it.
"Interception" of the kind described in the question is possible on any public DNS server. Yandex has an algorithm for correcting and confirming rights in case of erroneous delegation. If you delegated a domain to Yandex NS and after a couple of days the rights to it are not confirmed, take a few steps:

  1. We contact the technical support of traffic rules (mail for the domain) with a letter requesting confirmation of rights
  2. The TP employee makes a WHOIS request and sees the mail of the domain administrator or a link to contact him. Through this form, the TP sends a code that you should receive on the mail that you specified when registering the domain. We are waiting for receipt
  3. We report this code to the TP employee in the ticket
  4. We enjoy the connected domain to traffic rules
