Amazon CloudFront CDN and subdomains?

Hello.
There is a site.com domain.
I want to deploy the following cdn aliases:
site.com/folder/ as folder.site.com which will be cname to amazon service
site.com/folder2/ as folder2.site.com which will be cname to amazon service
The current CDN provider I work with doesn't allow this. Are such feints possible on Amazon?

When configuring CloudFront, it is possible to choose orgins. It just also is defined by URL th.
ps: in the case of any amazon web services, the web interface only has the most commonly used features. Even more features in the API.

If your main audience is Russia and the CIS, then I advise the Russian CDN, namely cdnvideo.ru points of presence throughout Russia and the CIS, Europe, America.
Since I tested CloudFront and Cloudflare, content from America was given, the ping is naturally large, so using their service is not an option in Russia, it makes no sense, since as far as I know they do not have points in Russia.
Having rented a server on m9, I cover all the cities of large cities of Russia without any problems, if you have a project with heavy static, a lot of pictures, videos or video streams, then the CDN will be very relevant to you, since under normal load the channels will clog and some of the clients will fall off or they will start glitching (you have to buy a large bandwidth, and this is expensive) and if you are DDoSed, since CDNs can withstand very heavy loads ))
