The website domain is registered here ispm.ukrtelecom.ua. In the "Domain names" - "Records management" section, when trying to create a new record, an error occurs Remote service dnsmgr return error. internal error.

In my opinion, he expects you to enter FQDN, i.e. example.mydomain.com. (try with and without a dot at the end), not just example.
