Will the application work if you install mysql, PostgreSQL in docker?

Installed nodejs, npm, nestjs cli locally, will it work if subd is installed in docker?
I don’t want to install locally, it’s not very convenient (I would have known how I would have collected everything in the npm docker, nodejs angular, nestjs, PostgreSQL and didn’t install anything locally. Ubuntu
