Will the App Store accept a web application (an adaptive site rolled up in an app)?

Actually a question on a subject who faced? There is an adaptive site, in principle, everything works in the browser, but we want to roll it into a separate application, or rather the site's personal account. Will the app store accept this app?

Why not?
After all, the delivery club (sorry, if I didn’t write it correctly) has exactly the same application.
