Recommend a book on building applications for Mac OS X?

Hello!
Recommend a book on building applications for Mac OS X?
I have always created programs only for Windows in C# or Qt. Now I want to make a native program for Mac OS X (for the Mac App Store)
I don't know Objective-C. The book is preferably in Russian.

Do you know English at least at some basic technical level?
Then I recommend looking for video courses for the keywords "Lynda.com Simon Allardice".
Simon chews everything very sensibly on his fingers and code examples. And his English is very easy to listen to.
Unfortunately, I don’t know such good materials in Russian and in printed form. This doesn't mean they don't exist. I just don't know them so I can't recommend.

There is a good book on Objective-C 2.0
Programming in Objective-C 2.0 (4th Edition) Stephen G. Kochan
I myself prefer to read those literature in Eng, but I know that this book was translated into Russian. (Programming in Objective-C 2.0) True, I don’t know which edition exactly was translated (current version 4)
There is also a series of screencasts for this book from the same author - Programming in Objective-C 2.0 LiveLessons: Part I: Language Fundamentals in Eng naturally .
There is also:
Dalrymple M., Knaster S. - Objective-C 2.0 and programming for Mac, but judging that there are only 297 pages, it is probably superficial and not all topics are presented, but as a starting point it can help.
There is also a series of screencasts from pluralsight-training.net called Introduction to Objective-C (Eng)
Good luck.
