Will ssd + new RAM help a laptop for front-end development?

Kind time of the day, I need the help of those who understand in the gland. Have an hp probook 450 g0 laptop
Processor - 3rd generation Intel Core i5-3230M (2.6GHz, 3MB L3 cache, 2 cores)
Up to 3.20GHz with Intel Turbo Boost Technology and 4GB of RAM
If you add RAM up to 16 (As far as I understand, the maximum that is supported) and install ssd will it save you from crazy brakes (Even when you open Visual Studio) or will this firewood not save anything?
During work, I constantly use: photoshop, visual studio, 2 chrome windows, and, accordingly, 2-3 instant messengers

It will help - in the sense it will eliminate the brakes.
Only now the braking processor will not become faster from this, so if you want everything to fly, you need at least a normal processor (not mobile)

Forget about VS and install Sublime to reduce system load. And for your eyes, a new SSD and 16 RAM will be enough for you, everything will fly.
