The sound card on the motherboard burned out, the front panel on the case does not work. Such a question: will the sound work through the front panel if you buy a new case or do you still have to change the motherboard?

buy a used sound card in the pci\pci-e slot or usb, another option is a bluetooth speaker and an adapter to a pc

Of course not. The case here supplies just a set of connectors and switching, if the sound is burned out, it will not help in any way.
There are only two options here - to change the mother or to put a separate sound system
