How to make a case for a set of sensors?

Good afternoon!
I’ll tell you briefly about the project I decided to do (don’t kick the newbie too hard):
I want to assemble a multifunctional sensor based on BME-280 , BH1750 , Si4432 and, if possible, implement data transfer on a crystal that is on the Si4432, if not, then attach an Arduino Pro mini or Arduino nano . This will be the basis of each sensor.
I suppose that the system can have from 1 to n-number of sensors that will transmit everything via Si4432 (On each of the sensors) to a large arduino Uno, and that one with the ENC28J60 module will transmit to the monitoring web server.
Accordingly, looking ahead, I think about the case for the sensor, and then there are questions about how to properly place the chips themselves in the case, for example:
1. Should the light sensor be placed completely to the case and make a hole covered with glass?
2. BMP280 will also need a hole for it, so that it still measures not the temperature inside the case, but the one that is in the temperature.
3. Will it be necessary to compensate (correct) the readings of all sensors, since they measure readings in the housing and not in the open room.
I expressed myself as best I could, I look forward to constructive answers and advice

1. The light sensor needs to make a frosted window or, better, a hemisphere. Look at how light meters are arranged:
You will have to make a correction in the sensor readings.
2. For temperature / humidity sensors, one hole is not enough, it is necessary that air circulate freely around the sensor. You will have to make a grid or perforation, such as this:
Most likely, you will not have to make amendments. The response time to changes in temperature/humidity may be slightly worse.

You can buy a ready-made case, they sell a lot of different ones, it’s not a problem to choose the right one. You can order the case in an office that deals with 3D printing, it will be significantly more expensive, but it will be what you need. You can glue it from plexiglass (old CD boxes), it's practically free, but it will take a lot of time.
The BMP280, of course, can measure temperature, but its main task is to measure pressure, which it can do anywhere in the case. Use DS18B20 for temperature measurement, very cheap and accurate enough, there are options in a sealed case.
I should also note one caveat, being a beginner you use expensive components. I think it will be enough for you BMP085 / 180, photoresistor and NRF24L01

Have you seen boxes with walls "like blinds" at weather stations? So there is a temperature sensor inside, as I called them "blinds" to protect the thermometer from the sun and rain. Here is the building for you (if all this is on the street).
