Will sending transactions from the old analytics code work if the tracking code is changed to the new one?
The new one is Universal Analytics.
And sending not only transactions, but events in general.

Watching how you set up. If you used js, then it won't, because the code has changed (instead of _gaq.push .... it became ga).
