Will restoring windows from a virtulka image work?
I want to install windows on a virtual machine and create an image of a hard disk so that I can then unpack it on a real disk, will there be a conflict with drivers on real hardware?
Or can someone tell me a more convenient way to quickly install windows with the necessary settings and programs?

What windows? Installation from what?
Well, since acronis is mentioned, then you just make an image of the system, and then restore it with the universal restore parameter. To facilitate the transfer, install the system on one partition, without boot, etc. It's not necessary, it just looks prettier.
Install Windows on a VHD disk in a virtual machine.
Boot from the VHD disk by copying it to the desired machines. You don't need to pour anything anywhere with additional utilities, you only need a VHD file on your hard drive and a manually made entry in the bootloader used (grub2, windows boot manager)
Before copying to real hardware, first do a sysprep.
