How to solve the problem with installing Windows 8 RP in VirtualBox?

I ran into a problem - I create a machine, feed it an image from win8, run it and all I can see is this:


Nothing happens next.

Judging by the session statistics:


It always reads the same amount of information from the image and stops.

I’ve been googling for three days, I haven’t found a similar problem anywhere, I tried to change the parameters of the machine - it doesn’t matter.

The only time my picture changed was when I turned off PAE / NX - an error appeared about this.

What to do?

I'm ok. I don't even know what to guess. Did you mess with the VirtualBox config?

I already tried to install RTM. Everything works, but Guest Additions break the system completely. They promise to fix it in VirtualBox 4.2.

Maybe try it ? Had a similar problem with installing on VMWare, it helped.
