Will plop boot manager see windows 10 bootloader?

I flooded the keyboard with tea, now I have to use a usb keyboard.
There was a need to boot the OS from a USB flash drive. But, I can't get into the bios. Found a tool called plop boot manager that can help me.
I have win 10, and the tool is quite old, and I did not find a word about win 10 on the official site plop.at.
Given this, will there be any problems booting win 10?

Is the computer new? If yes, then try to insert the keyboard into the USB 2.0 (this is not a BLUE / red connector)

Keyboard not initialized on boot? It's sad, but it happens. However, you do not need to enter the BIOS, you need to call the boot menu by pressing any key, for example F8 - often used. Sometimes it can be F10 or Esc. If the splash screen is displayed on the home screen and there is no information on which button to press, you can try pressing Tab or Esc to hide the "picture" and see the messages.
