Will PhpStorm be blurry on MacOS on a 4K 27" external monitor?
I read that due to differences in PPI on 4k 27 inch monitors, there will be soap in the macos.
How much does this affect when working in an IDE? Indeed, on the market, in principle, one and a half 5K 27 "monitors, i.e. the vast majority of people still sit on the "fractional" Makovsky PPI.
I think there are also people here with external monitors like this?
Now on Win10 with this monitor and 175% there are no problems with fonts, everything is clear, of course, if the application supports scaling.

with 2x there will be no soap, there will be just a fairly large interface: imagine fhd at 27 inches.
It's personal, of course, but it's a bit big for me. so I prefer 4k no more than 24".

Monitor AOC U2790PQU, 27" 4K
Connected with an aliexpress USB-C -> DisplayPort + PD cable to MacBook Air M1. Works great, the picture is clear, there is no blurring. By default it works as 1920x1080 (x2), you can enable scaling, it will be smaller, but then it adds a little soap: not critical, but not really necessary. In the
settings, it was necessary to manually enable 60Hz, because by default it turned on at 30Hz for some reason. For
owners of FullHD monitors - do not connect, this is soapy hell.Without retinovsky Mac permissions are essentially useless.
