Terminal in mac os x el capitan doesn't want to change file permissions?

Costs 2 beta El Capitan.
For an hour I've been trying to remove the spotlight icon and the icon to the right of it. It seems to be nothing complicated, always 2 commands in the terminal.
But it doesn't fucking work, after typing:

sudo chmod 600 /System/Library/CoreServices/Search.bundle/Contents/MacOS/Search

In response I get the following:
chmod: Unable to change file mode on /System/Library/CoreServices/Search.bundle/Contents/MacOS/Search: Operation not permitted

Where to dig?

disable sip:
via recovery boot - blog.binaryage.com/el-capitan-update at bottom of page
by adding rootless=0 to boot args - kb.parallels.com/en/123072

El Capitan has a new system of protection SIP (System Intregrity Protection) and because of it it is impossible to change many system files and standard applications. I ran into this problem when I could not install a custom icon in messages, from what I googled, it seems that there is no solution to problems yet ... it remains only to wait)
