What could be the problem with macbook pro 13" 2019?

What could be the problem? Can this be corrected with regular diagnostics? The store where I handed over the warranty, they said that they had carried out diagnostics and found nothing. Could this be a scam? And how to find out if the same video chip was replaced. The screen went black after watching the video and turning it on and off did not help, connecting the power, etc., the question is how could they return it to its normal state?5de3a1bdbb88a467917286.jpeg

Most likely only the service will help.
Perhaps the "solved" problem with the train.
Are you sure you have a 2019 model? Maybe 2018 bought in 2019. Simple at 13 2019, it seems like they assured that this problem was solved.

And the blind can see, the deaf can hear, and the dumb, sorry, it’s clear that this video chip has flown.
In this model of macbook (if the author has not confused) it is "Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640".
Of course, it still looks like a dead display matrix, but nothing can be said without diagnostics. Everything can be trite and simple, it can also fly a train. There are many reasons.

The store where I handed over the warranty, they said that they had carried out diagnostics and found nothing.
Of course they will say that everything is ok. For no one wants to take back, or return the money. Go to consumer-rights. As a rule, stores are afraid of them like hell incense.
Can this be corrected with regular diagnostics?
Diagnostics does not cure/repair/fix anything.
Diagnostics helps to identify the device problem.

Take it to an authorized service center, they will accept it without problems.
