Is it possible in macOS Sierra to make application icons in the "dock" jump when messages arrive?

Greetings
I upgraded my mac from Mavericks to Sierra and noticed that when receiving messages, the application icons (mail, instant messengers, etc.) no longer "jump", but simply show information about the number of messages. Did you cut this feature or is it possible to turn it on somehow?
