Will my account be saved?

Registered by reference-invitation to work in the agency. As an email, the mail with my last name and first name on the agency domain was used. Phone entered his personal. Also in the profile is my last name and first name and a real photo. Passed the account verification (call with an upwork employee and a couple of questions about registration-personal data + 1 question about skills from the profile). Interested in:
1. Can the business manager of the agency delete / block my profile?
2. Can I restore access to my account in the future using my phone number\the fact that my photo is in the profile?

the account always belongs to the freelancer and not to the agency, even if the agency tries to take it away, you can restore all access through the support
