oDesk asks to pass subj.

Who passed?

Scan goverment issued id with address required. and a utility bill or bank statement with an address.

The problem is that the goverment issued id with the address is only an internal passport of the Russian Federation, and it is in Russian.

Utility bill - the rent is not issued to me, so it's not an option.
Bank statement - even issued in English, but without an address.

What other options are there - maybe an extract from a mobile operator? but it seems to be only in Russian.

I sent (albeit to Moneybookers/Scrill) an extract from the Housing Office. Their only requirement was that it should not be written by hand, but the language, of course, what it is. Therefore, I printed it myself, and in the housing office they just signed / stamped.

1) send your passport in Russian, there is nothing to worry about.
2) I also sent a bank statement, but there is no address, in my opinion it was also in Russian.
3) take any photoshop account and enter yourself into it.
4) where do you get the bias that everything should be in English?

I went through, they issued it in a day.
passport - in Russian, utility bill - electricity bill, it's true that I have both an address and a surname.
