He worked in the Regional Court and freelanced, was engaged in the promotion of sites.
With regards to the law, de jure it certainly exists, but in fact it doesn’t exist =)
Here’s the trick... I had a lot of free time at work, so I could afford it. Since I have a family, children, etc., I went to work and worked there for myself)))
If you have little time and a lot of work or there is no workplace with a PC or there is no access to the Internet, then here the choice is obvious, where we go there more money)
Ps I sat in my office and calmly looked for orders and worked on them. Nobody checks anything. Yes, and they paid me 10-13 tr. per month. How can you not work here?
And what / who forbids you to combine? If this does not affect the quality of the main work, then why not.
I used to work for the government. service, and periodically after work (or even during it, just like Dmitry Bobreshov ) carried out freelance orders. But often it was very exhausting. As devalone rightly noted , it’s better to either completely freelance, or look for a job that is more suitable for a developer than a state one. service (I already wrote about this in my answer: "On work in closed state institutions" )
Do not formalize the activity, work for the black and there will be no problems) Another thing is whether you have enough nerves and strength for this.
