If the air flow does not interfere, then DVD + RW & CD-RW NEC AD-7280S SATA OEM Black, but not necessarily.

The PSU will be enough with the head, it will fit into the case. It won't heat up, it will make noise.

I have almost the same body, only the lining is different. Put i3-2125. Vidyakha in it is surprisingly fast enough, I'll even wait to buy a separate video card. This percent and I advise if you plan to use the built-in video. If it is realistic for office work, then 2100 will be enough.
The BP cooler immediately unscrewed and screwed the low-noise cooler on top.
I almost threw out the plastic shnyaga, took one of its moving parts, put it on glue in one place, screwed it in another and put a Slim DVD on it like for laptops. The aesthetic appearance was not affected, since I have a BK644 and the drive is hidden behind the door.
A powerful video card requires a different power supply.
I have a Mini ITX form factor motherboard, the seller of the case assured that it would not fit into such a case - ha ha.
Actually, I chose the smallest case in which you can put a full-fledged video card.
