How to increase cursor speed in editors?

Hello.
Is it possible to increase the cursor speed?
For example, I opened the editor - a bunch of text, using the arrows on the keyboard I move horizontally and vertically through the text, but there is a lot of text, and the speed of moving the cursor along the lines is quite small, how can I increase it?

You can do it a little differently: try pressing Ctrl + arrow to go to the word boundary.
