Will I get 1920x1080?

I have a laptop 11.6 with not very parameters (4Gb, ssd, Celeron N2840), its resolution is 1366x768, it seems to be the maximum, it writes like this in Windows)
Will it tell you if I buy a 1920x1080 monitor and when connected via hdmi, will I get such a resolution on this monitor? ?

usually in such laptops there are shitty cards, so if you get it, everything will slow down wonderfully, but in general it’s very easy to come with a laptop and check it in the store
